Includes:

  • two-day delivery

  • templates/checklists tailored to your workflow

  • a documented “way of working” (lightweight and usable)
     

Price: £275 per person (minimum 10)
Two-day options can include additional specialist trainers.

For larger programmes, you can add specialist trainers depending on what you want:
 

  • digital safety specialist

  • cinematography/photography specialist

  • senior campaign planner (commercial + campaign experience)
     

This is agreed during scoping and reflected in the per-head rate.

What happens on the free scoping call

We confirm:

  • your goals and what success looks like

  • number of delegates and their roles

  • current skill level (beginner, mixed, confident)

  • which programme(s) you want

  • format, venue setup, and what delegates should bring

  • whether you want specialist trainers
     

After that, you receive a clear outline: outcomes, agenda, and logistics.
