Burgess Hill Constitutional Club (BHCC), situated in the heart of Burgess Hill, serves as a private members club that welcomes both members and guests, including visitors from other ACC affiliated clubs. The club, located on Cyprus Road, offers a variety of amenities including a well-stocked bar, seated areas, a function area for entertainment, snooker tables, and a meeting room. They host regular entertainment nights and have teams participating in Snooker, Pool, Bar Billiards, and Darts Leagues.
Mid Sussex Marketing's Website Revamp for BHCC
When BHCC approached us, their website faced a challenging situation. It had been compromised by hackers, who redirected users to a fraudulent foreign real estate website. This issue stemmed from outdated and unstable plugins used by their previous web host, who, unfortunately, had not maintained backups. We stepped in to resolve this complex problem by removing the compromised plugins and completely rebuilding the website. Leveraging the Internet Archive, we restored as much of the original content as possible, effectively turning around a dire situation.
Newsletter Overhaul
In addition to the website overhaul, we also took charge of BHCC's Mailchimp account. Our first task was to update their outdated subscriber database, followed by the creation of regular, engaging weekly newsletters. This not only enhanced their communication with members but also revitalized their outreach efforts.
